2 - FEES
A) TOTAL FEES:

ADVANCE: The
date is booked on receipt of a 70% advance. *
C) BALANCE:
The balance 30%
is to be received here by DD as above at least 15 days before departure from
MUmbai INDIA . *
VERY IMPORTANT: If Income Tax is deducted at source, all the relevant the TDS Certificates should reach here together with the payments. If not, a DD for the TDS amount to be sent with the balance amount as surety. This DD will be returned on receipt of TDS Certificate.
D] FORCE MAJEURE: It is expressly agreed that neither Party shall be liable for any default, delay or lapse occurring due to reasons of force majeure including illness, war, risk, strike, theft, tempest, sabotage, and change of law or any act of God. However golden BEATERS will provide one more Change of Date / Performance in lieu of Advance + Balance Payment to be received in case of any Force Majeure Incident or ACT of Omission & Commission by any Government Agency or Death of Head of State. The date for this ‘postponed’ performance will be agreed upon mutually by both parties, however not exceeding 1 calendar year from the time of cancellation if any.
3 - TRAVELING
A) 1 air ticket for Golden beaters band, on OK status both ways from mumbai to the city where the show is to be held and back, to be sent together with the balance fees, i.e. 15 days before departure from MUMBAI ARRIVAL AT CITY OF CONCERT:/show The day before the show. DEPARTURE: The day after the show.
B) In case an overnight stay in transit is called for due to traveling schedules, in-transit hotels, meals and surface transport to be provided by the Organizers as per “ACCOMMODATION” and “TRAVELING”.
C) One chauffeur-driven car to be put at Golden Beaters full disposal from arrival till departure.
4 - ACCOMMODATION
A) ROOMS: four doubles and one single in a private 3/4-star hotel; together with meals and all other hotel services [excluding alcohol, tobacco and Long Distance calls] to be provided from arrival till departure.
B) Confirmation letters from the hotel managements stating that the Organizers will be held solely and directly responsible for the settlement of bills are to be sent together with the balance fees and air tickets.
5 - PERFORMANCE
A)
The duration of
the total performance [excluding interval] shall be about 180 minutes.
B)
When more artists are to be featured in the show, the choice of BEATERS
position in the order of performance lies solely with him. Kindly note that
under no circumstances will Golden BEATERS perform last.
C)
Twenty [20] first class invitations to be handed over to Nikhil on arrival.
6 - STAGE
REQUIREMENTS [TO BE PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZERS]
a] SOUND
1. Please consult the sound provider with accurate information regarding the size of the venue and the maximum audience expected in order to work out the exact sound power requirements for the event.
2. One professional 24-channel mixer [preferably Soundcraft].
3. Professional Monitor System [with side-fills for open air concerts] of at least 1000 watts RMS power with seven [7] heavy-duty monitors.
4. One [1] cordless and twelve [12] corded professional microphones [SHURE BETA-58].
5. Seven [7] D.I. boxes for electro-acoustic guitar, electric guitar, electric bass guitar, keyboard, and Octopads.
6. Two [2] digital effects units. Two [2] compressor/limiter/gate units.
b] LIGHTING
a] 1 white follow spot on Singers b] 1 fixed spot of different color on each of the 6 band members [i.e. 6 fixed color spots] c] 20 overhead color spots d] laser beams e] 1 ultra-violet light f] dimmers for all spots g] additional effects and lights as available. PLEASE NOTE: NO FOG OR SMOKE MACHINES PLEASE.
c] STAGE
A] The main stage should be at least 10 x 5 ms. The stage floor should be of a firm, smooth surface.
B] One solid wooden platform for DHOLAK/DHOL/BONGOS built to the following specifications:
LENGTH x BREADTH x HEIGHT: 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.60 Meters.
Platform to be covered or painted in black. To be positioned as per attached Stage Plan.
*** VERY IMPORTANT: The sound & lighting equipment and the wooden platforms are to be fully set up and made available on stage at least 4 hours before the show, failing which the artist may decline to perform. In case of open air shows, an overhead protection from the sun [temporary or otherwise] to be provided over the stage during sound-check.
d] DRESSING ROOM
Two comfortable private
dressing room near the stage [at least 5 x 3 ms], with attached toilet with
running water to be provided. Each should have 2 full-length mirrors, proper
lighting for dressing, facilities to hang clothes hangers, 4 chairs, 1 table,
1 fan or heater [as per the weather], and one electrical plug point
e] REFRESHMENTS
One case of 12
mineral water bottles; coffee and tea; 3 dozen vegetable/cheese sandwiches to
be made available in the dressing room from sound check till the end of the
show.
7 - SECURITY
A]
Sufficient and efficient security personnel to be posted throughout the venue
to ensure that no unwieldy incident takes place before, during or after the
show. NO BOTTLES, GLASSES OR OTHER POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS OBJECTS TO BE ALLOWED
INTO THE VENUE AT SHOWS.
B]
Personal security to be provided to the artists around the stage and the
dressing room. Any loss of the artists’ belongings from the dressing room
shall be the sole responsibility of the Organizers. No members of the audience
to be allowed backstage except with explicit instructions/permissions from the
artist.

- ADVERTISING
A]
Advertising material like publicity photos, art work for posters, etc will be
sent to the Organizers on receipt of a 50% confirmation fee. Please note that
no advertising is to be done before the show is confirmed.
B]
The title of the show shall require Beaters written approval.
9 - COPYRIGHTS
A] NO AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING OF THE PERFORMANCE MAY BE MADE by the Organizers without prior written consent from Golden BEATERS, who reserves the right to stop/cancel the performance if recording is carried out without his approval.
B] Newspaper, television and video reporters with written invitations from Golden Beaters are to be allowed to cover the event, and adequate facilities like gate passes, good seats, filming & recording connections etc to be provided to them.
Golden BEATERS HEREBY PROMISES TO CO-OPERATE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE AND TO GIVE THE BEST OF HIMSELF ARTISTICALLY TO MAKE THE SHOW A TOTAL SUCCESS.
